Support Policy

1. Channels of Support

Support is only provided via our support articles and contact form. At this time, we don’t provide support via other parties or social media.

2. Support Hours

We provide feedback on any support issues within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Depending on the issue complexity and our workload it can take up to 2 days.

3. Private Messages

Private messaging is type of communication where users have option to communicate with Artistfuse administrators privately.

  • The contact form is available to everyone.
  • Messages are only visible to Artistfuse administrators and the sender, other users cannot see the discussion.
  • Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Artistfuse administrators or members can result in immediate account termination.

4. Bug Fixing & Errors

It’s our priority to provide the best experience, we have dedicated professionals working hard to fix all bugs and errors as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During general support hours, we can fix bugs within a few days.
